• Company name, team size, and what you tell us about your business and its challenges
• Booking details if you reschedule an audit call (the new time and, if you give it, your email address)
• Anything you send us by email

Your data is used to deliver our services, communicate with you about your enquiry or booking, and improve our website. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The free audit form is provided by HubSpot, and its security service may set a short-lived, strictly necessary cookie to protect the form from bots.

4. Third Parties

We use the following third-party services:

• Vercel: website hosting
• HubSpot: the free audit form, and storing enquiries in our CRM
• Google Workspace: email, our calendar for audit calls and reschedules, and our booking records

Each service has its own privacy policy. We only share the minimum data required for each service to function.
