Terms of Service

1. Services

PocketProcess provides workflow automation, CRM setup and optimisation, AI tool development, customer service system design, and website development services. The specific scope of work is agreed in writing before any engagement begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payment terms depend on the plan selected:

• Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
• Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year at a discounted rate.
• One-off project fees are agreed in advance and invoiced on completion unless otherwise arranged.

3. Cancellation

• Monthly plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No penalty applies.
• Annual plans are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns all deliverables produced specifically for them (automations, configurations, designs, and content). PocketProcess retains ownership of its underlying processes, templates, frameworks, and proprietary tools used in delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

PocketProcess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any claim is limited to the fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or failures caused by third-party platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, hosting providers).

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
